According to the institute, PhD programs will be offered in 15 departments, 9 centers, and 5 schools. These programs include major disciplines such as Applied Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Design, Energy Science and Engineering, Management Studies, and Textile and Fiber Engineering. Part-time admission is also available
IIT Delhi has clarified that admission will be offered on both a full-time and part-time basis. As per the eligibility criteria, a minimum 6.00 CGPA or 60 percent marks is required for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates, while for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the minimum is 5.50 CGPA or 55 percent marks.
