Sambhavi Shrivastava, a woman from Bengaluru, experienced exactly that when she left her earphones in a Rapido auto in Indiranagar. Barely a two-kilometre ride, just ten minutes, but long enough to leave her earphones behind. Moments later, she received a message on her payment app from the driver, Jahrul. Expecting a billing error, she was stunned to learn he had found her earphones and wanted to keep them safe until she could pick them up.
