If you want to make something different and tasty for lunch or dinner, then corn capsicum masala can be a great option. It enhances the taste of food. If there is a special occasion or guests have come to your house and you want to serve them a tasty vegetable, then this is a perfect recipe. It is mainly prepared from corn and capsicum. Both these things are beneficial for health. In such a situation, this dish is not only tasty but also healthy. It is not very difficult to make. Whoever eats it will not be able to stop praising it. Ingredients
Sweet corn – 3/4 cup
Capsicum chopped – 1
Onion, finely chopped – 1
Tomato paste – 1 cup
Cashew paste – 1 cup
Grated paneer – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cardamom – 2
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – according to taste
Method – First of all, put 1 tbsp butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the butter melts, add sweet corn and capsicum and roast them.
- Cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas after the capsicum shrinks. Now, take a pan and heat it by adding 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil.
- After the butter-oil is heated, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and whole cumin seeds and fry them.
- After some time, when the spices are roasted, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry while stirring.
- When the color of the onion becomes golden brown, add turmeric, red chili, and other spices to it.
- After adding salt, stir all the ingredients until a mild aroma starts coming.

- After this, add tomato paste to the pan and mix it, and let the gravy cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- When the gravy starts boiling, add cashew paste to it and mix it with the help of a ladle.
- Now cook the gravy until the oil is released. Now add 1 cup of water and cook till it thickens.
- Then add fried sweet corn and capsicum to the gravy and mix. Now cover the pan and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Keep stirring the vegetable in between. After 10 minutes, add grated paneer, garam masala and kasuri methi and mix. Corn capsicum masala is ready.
