Ingredients
Rice
Milk
Cardamom
Gulkand
Dry fruits (almonds, pistachios)
Betel leaves
Recipe
- First of all boil full cream milk. When the milk boils, add condensed milk to it.
- Mix it well. After this add cooked rice to it. Cook them continuously for half an hour.
- Prepare the Gulkand mixture. Chop dry fruits like almonds and pistachios. Now add them to the milk. Cook it for 5 minutes.
- After this, add Gulkand, cold milk and chopped betel leaves in a separate bowl. Mix it well.

- Remove the kheer mixture from the flame. Mix the Gulkand mixture in this kheer. Add cardamom powder to it.
- Cook it well. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. Let this kheer cool for some time. After this, serve it.
