Ingredients
Full cream milk - 1 liter
Pumpkin - 250 grams
Finely chopped almonds - 8
Finely chopped cashews - 8
Raisins - 20
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Saffron - a pinch
Sugar - according to taste
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- Wash and peel the pumpkin and grate it.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
- Add pumpkin to it and cook on a low flame while stirring continuously.
- Meanwhile, dip saffron in one spoon of milk.
- When the color of the pumpkin becomes golden, add milk to the pan.
- Cook on low flame while stirring continuously.

- When the milk is cooked and reduced to half, add saffron milk, all dry fruits and sugar in the pan.
- Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas. Serve after cooling.
