The third season of Paramount+’s hit crime saga Tulsa King is just around the corner.
Led by Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone, the hit series is created by Taylor Sheridan, the producer and writer behind the hugely popular Western franchise Yellowstone.
With Boardwalk Empire’s Terence Winter and Fear the Walking Dead co-creator Dave Erickson at the helm, Tulsa King has managed to become an equally successful venture for Paramount+.

Not only was the second season Paramount+’s top-performing original series of 2024, drawing 21.1 million global viewers for the premiere alone, it also ranked in the top ten shows across all subscription video-on-demand platforms for last year’s fourth quarter.
Season three will soon be getting underway following some stunning twists and revelations in last year’s finale, so let’s take a look at everything we know so far.
The next season of Tulsa King will, of course, see the return of Sylvester Stallone as Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi, a former New York mafia capo and ex-con who’s sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma to set up criminal operations.
In addition to the iconic Rocky star, the following will be returning in season three as main cast members:
- Martin Starr as Bohdi Geigerman
- Jay Will as Tyson Mitchell
- Max Casella as Manny Truisi
- Vincent Piazza as Vince Antonacci
- Garrett Hedlund as Mitch Keller
- Dana Delany as Margaret Deveraux
- Tatiana Zapperdino as Tina Manfredi-Grieger
- Annabella Sciorra as Joanne Manfredi
- Neal McDonough as Cal Thresher
- Frank Grillo as Bill Bevilaqua

Plus, the following three stars have been promoted from recurring star to main cast after season two:
- Chris Caldovino as Goodie Carangi
- McKenna Quigley Harringtonas Grace
- Mike Walden as Bigfoot
It’s currently unknown if Andrea Savage will be back as Stacy Beale after she was transferred to Anchorage, Alaska, while Domenick Lombardozzi has made his exit after Chickie Invernizzi was killed in the second season finale.
Finally, Hollywood legend Samuel L Jackson is set to make a guest appearance as Russell Lee Washington Jr before his character moves to New Orleans to headline the upcoming spin-off, NOLA King.
Season three of Tulsa King will pick up after the jaw-dropping finale, which concluded with a number of shocking cliffhangers.
Not only is Dwight now under investigation by the FBI, but he’s in a whole new world of danger after he’s abducted by masked gunmen.
A synopsis for the new season teases: “In season three, as Dwight’s empire expands, so do his enemies and the risks to his crew.
“Now, he faces his most dangerous adversaries in Tulsa yet: the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn’t play by old-world rules, forcing Dwight to fight for everything he’s built and protect his family.”
Paramount+ has also released a trailer for the new season, promising more partnerships, betrayals and intense action as Dwight wrestles for control in Tulsa.
Fans thankfully don’t have long to wait as the third season of Tulsa King will be premiering on Paramount+ this Sunday, 21st September.
This premiere will consist of just the first episode of the new season, with more instalments arriving weekly on Sundays, with episodes being available early Monday morning on the streamer in the UK.
It has yet to be confirmed how many episodes will be included in season three, though a nine or 10-episode outing is to be expected in line with previous instalments.
Viewers should therefore expect the final episode of season three to arrive at some point in November.
