Pre-lit Christmas tree has 'limited time special price' and 'looks good'

As the Christmas season approaches, it may be time for shoppers to revamp their old Christmas trees or finally invest in a new one. With prices increasing however, there are a number of alternatives to buying a real tree and now Yimbly has money off one of its best sellers.

The HOMCOM 5ft Pre-lit Christmas Tree is now down to £40.80 from £47.99 on Yimbly - an online marketplace owned by Daily Express' parent company Reach Plc, saving buyers £7.19 on the limited time special price. This tree comes in sizes small and medium and is of course, green.

To save more money, it comes pre-lit with led lights that 'gleam evenly throughout the tree' and fill the home with ambiance and warmth. It weighs a light 5.6kg and is said to be a great choice for homes, offices or any indoor spaces.

Another option is theArgos Home 5ft Artificial Christmas Tree which is selling fast on the website for £20. This tree does come bare but has hinged branches and includes a stand to hold in place. The Range also has itsFraser Fir Christmas Tree for £84.99 down from £99.99 available. This one is said to have a 'beautiful lifelike look and feel,' is easy to assemble and has 'naturally bushy branches.'

The HOMCOM tree on Yimbly has received some great reviews from satisfied customers, with one saying: "Great tree, looks good." Another said: "Very happy with my purchase."

A third person on Amazon commented: "Great value for money, looks beautiful! Easy to assemble, lovely lights, love the variation in types of branches." Some shoppers deducted a star for various reasons, for example: "The tree I received had red glitter in the tips and not gold like the pictures advertised. It's not as full as in the pictures but it's still a very pretty tree. It's really easy to assemble. The lights however, make a buzzing sound so I won't be keeping them on."

Another on Yimbly said: "I ordered a green tree but received one with red sparkles on the end of the branches. I didn't have time to return the tree so kept it. Once the lights were on it looked okay but it wasn't what I wanted or ordered."
